"Literally how is it my fault you guys have decided we're terrorists, anyway? I'm just laying here. I was trying to help some people who were beating each other up. You're the people who fought each other, and me, in order to make yourself feel better about the situation you were in. Does that make me below you, simply because your morals don't align with mine? You had no stakes in this, yet you chose to fight when nobody else was. Perhaps you're the lower ones, and just like everyone else you have to lift yourselves above others to feel better about the sorry choices you make in life." That was, genuinely, the most Hasar had said all day. Then, he sighed, not even complaining about K'tehka's squeezing, simply enduring it as he turned his head away.
"Not that it matters now. You will go on deluding yourself that life is perfect when it is normal, and people like me will only fall further through the cracks. I may not agree with Ether on everything, but she's not dumb, you know. She knows how the universe works, better than any of you ever will."
