Steam pours out of the hydroponics farm, a weighty heat hanging in the air. It’s gone from a farm to a sauna, but the fog of steam is a hurdle that had to be leaped.
Dakkil makes his way to the hydroponics bay, following Klaa and hopefully putting his skills to use. He pulls out a tricorder and scans for life signs as well. "We're here to help! We're the rescue team!"
It was hard to see through the steam but she finally spotted an unconscious body floating. “Got ya!” She said grabbing there arm and pulling them to her.
Dakkil frowned. He definitely didn't want to get cooked by the steam. "Is there a way to turn this off, do you think?" he turned to Klaa. "You're an engineer, and I'm ops, I'm sure we can figure it out between the two of us,"
Sal drifts and squints through the concealing steam, now struggling to find something to hold onto. She recognizes a blinking light on the side of the room as a germination status light, typically located on the main control panel for these sorts of farms. A familiar corner of the room from which she can find everything's relative position. She holds onto the wall and reorients herself according to it, finally looking around for people.(edited)
There were a fair amount of scientists and farmers in the room, passed out in the aisles of crops. It seemed like everyone got caught in the steam before they could successfully escape!
Silently to conserve breath, she pushed herself off the wall to the opposite side of the corner, her hands fumbling at the latch on a door before she pried it open and gathered two lightweight gas masks on her wrist, falling slowly backward as she used her last free hand to secure a third one to her face. Her eyes closed in relief in the vaguely breathable air, but she pushed off again immediately and made her way to pick up the nearest farmer on the floor.(edited)

Their head swiveled limply and dodged the mask for a while but it was secured on. The fewer people suffocating before they woke up the better.(edited)
"Stay right there."
She held the farmer a bit precariously by the fabric on her chest and floated toward Dakkil, stretching her arm out to offer the second mask.(edited)
Salris, your previous push-off opened the door to the #tb-solar-array , some of the steam venting out as a result. However, it’s clear from the red light of alarms that began to glow through the steam that the solar array is not doing much better…
Dakkil accepted the mask, putting it on. "Oh, much better," it noted. "Thanks. Now let's get these people out of here," it floats forward, grabbing the farmer it had been near previously. "We need to get them to the shuttles,"
Her eyes did laze closed and open again, but she nodded briskly, trying to ignore the growing weakness in her limbs, and responded monosyllabically."We're running out of time."

She grabs the three remaining masks in the panel on their way out.
