Once he and the rest of the away team made it onto the Kon-Tiki and into the corridor outside of the airlock, he stopped and held up his hand, hoping to get the attention of even the tallest officers in the group. "Attention please." He said in his calm, measured tone. "We will be breaking into three teams in order to cover as much ground as possible in the shortest amount of time. @Away Team One will be lead by Lieutenant Allen, and consist of the engineering and operations divisions officers. @Away Team Two will be led by Lieutenant tr'Lareth-Morvar and consist of the science, medical and intelligence divisions officers. And finally @Away Team Three will be led by myself and consist of officers from the command, tactical and security divisions. Understood?" He asked rhetorically, before nodding and pointing in different directions. "Team one will head to ⁠engineering, team two will head to ⁠sickbay, and team three will head to ⁠bridge." (edited)

"Team three on me, the bridge isn't far. Set phasers to stun, just in case we run into any ghosts." He said, waiting for his team to congregate.

As soon as Tevis started giving instructions, the ship shuddered slightly and the power flickered, as if the ghostly prescences on the ship sensed that there were people aboard.

Five reached out, placing a tentative hand on Vara'l's shoulder. "Good luck," they whispered up to him, "stay safe." before heading off to join their own team. Their heart jumped in its chest at the wavering of the lights. They swallowed their fear and forced themself stone-faced.

T'she looked toward their team leader, and following that, they looked to the rest of their team. "I have full belief that we will be able to fulfill our mission aboard this vessel," They finally spoke, trying to instill some confidence in the group.

Vara'l moved at the others word to stand with the team as he proceeded to set his phaser to stun. When Five did that, Vara'l nodded to them and smiled. "..Same to you.." Upon seing how the other reacted to what had occurred with the shake, Vara'l looked over to Five and signed 'Courage' followed by the sign for elements and then be with you. The Romulan then turned his focus to covering the rear of team three as he waited for Tevis's team to congregate. (edited)

Lente muttered a quick "Aye, sir," before turning to Lieutenant Allen, intent on following him out of the chaos of the big group and into Engineering, where everything would hopefully be as quiet as it was familiar, as soon as possible.

"Understood," said the Zaranite with a nod. He moved to stand with away team three. He made sure all his gear was in order before he nodded again, a sign he was ready. (edited)

Alas, the lads were being separated! Part of the job, though. "Saren, Allan, do me a favour and come here for a quick second, my loves?" And if they did, he gave both of them a BIG SMOOCH and a group hug. "Both of you stay safe, stay sexy and kick ass for me, okay?" Then he let them attend to their own divisions, especially Allan, who had a bunch of ducklings to shepherd.

Once more did the ship shudder as several ghosts floated up through the deck, attracted to anything with a power signature.

Watching the lights flicker, she instinctively got in a subtle guarded position. "Yes, sir." She spoke open and protected, but not loud. She followed behind Summer, wanting to joining with a some what similar face. When the lights flickered again, she nearly glared at it, wary.

As soon as the ghosts appeared, Tevis quickly unholstered his phaser, aimed at the nearest ghost and fired, watching as its energy field fluctuated for a moment, before dissapating all together. "This mission is not all it was quacked up to be..." He mumbled, before turning back and resuming his route back to the bridge.

Elwyn listened carefully to what Tevis said and nodded in response, a cheerful but focused smile on their face. Knowing their phaser was set to stun they felt no need to check it, but as the ghostly things suddenly appeared they were quick to pull their phaser out of its holster. Noticing the Commander open fire they did the same, aiming for the nearest ghost closest to them, before following the Tactical officer as instructed.

Before separating to lead his own team, Saren turned towards the two people he cared for the most - willingly melting into the group hug and against the kiss, squeezing both of them in an strong embrace, chuckling warmly. "Stay safe," he murmured, and repeated those same words again in his native tongue, as if to manifest that request into reality. Straightening out, one of two ACSO's turned around to take a quick sweeping glance over his own team, his expression and movement calm and focused. "We will," he nodded in agreement at T'She, despite the almost immediate activity of the ghosts. Refusing to show any discomfort from being surrounded by specters, he gestured for his teammates to follow him: "Let's go check out that sickbay, yes? It's gonna be almost like a museum trip, with the added benefit of also being a haunted house. Phasers ready."

"Understood, sir," he smiled back at the rest of his team, but before gathering them all up again, he muttered a quick 'one sec' before going over to Eshen and Saren, giving - both of them - a big smooch and hug right back. "I'll do nothing less," he laughed, "same to the both of you, of course." And then he went back over to his bunch of ducklings, who he gathered towards wherever the path to engineering was. "Soo, as far as I'm hearing," he said once the squad was together, "is that uhh, we're team number one, so uh, #EngieSquadOnTop," yes, he pronounced the # as 'hashtag', and then he winked and just took a final look over them all. Making sure everyone was there, making sure everyone looked okay and ready to face some ghosts, or ready enough - before leading them into #engineering . "Let's fuckin' go, yeah?" Hopefully the positive energy would be contagious! And hopefully it would maybe spread to the ghosts in engineering. Maybe.

T'she nodded once more, "Understood" They answered before they reached for their own phaser, their other hand on their medical tricorder, ready to jump into action at a moment's notice. They were masking their own unease, their own discomfort upon seeing those... figures... T'she shook off their goosebumps and their shivers and they started to follow their team leader towards #sickbay .

"Engie Squad for the win! Let's go sir." Kaylee was trying to stay positive. Maybe if she seemed excited and happy, she wouldn't feel scared. Hopefully.

Considering Vara'ls ears happened to be a power source, Vara'l followed the rest of the away team he happened to be a part of with his phaser raised at a at the ready rest position. If one of them happenned to get too close, he'd already resolved to stun it. The Romulan continuing to cover the back of the away team he happened to be a part of as they headed to the #bridge

Thiru followed Lieutenant tr'Lareth-Morvar, keeping her phaser ready. She had been waiting for something to happen for so long and the ghosts definitely didn't disappoint. It was such an amazing experience moving through a ship, ready for anything. She moved carefully but swiftly, it seemed like every move was carefully planned ahead. She felt a sense of freedom as she raised her phaser and fired at the ghosts in her way.

“#EngieSquadOnTop” She repeated with a grin, before looking up at the ghosts. With a few ghosts still around, she waved and quickly looked back to her fellow Engineers. There wasn’t shit like this on Klingon Ships, and she wasn’t really ready. But they had work to do, so she followed the squad into #engineering

Eshen seemed remarkably unbothered by the whole situation, following Pog to the #bridge , pew-pewing any ghosts he encountered along the way.

Allan speech had the desired effect, almost all of Antonio's fear was now gone with the wind. He still tightly grabbed his equipment and followed Allan like a shadow. He would not risk getting lost along the way and definitely not on his first mission.

Heart warning just a little at Vara'l's sign, Five released a little sigh, closing their eyes to avoid whatever ghosts were less. With all their ducks in a row, they proceeded off to #engineering with the rest of them.

Vara'l charged down down the corridor and proceeded to exit the ship as he moved from there to #airlock as he sprinted along.

Rubbing her temple, grimacing and anxious that she couldn't hear what's around her after the ship just went crazy, she quickly left the de-ghosted ship and entered the #airlock into safety and familiar spaces.
