Star Trek: Starbase 777

Vara'l stepped into the turbolift and turned to face the door. Once settled and sure Alyssa was in side also, he considered what he had on him for a moment. As he did so, his jaw twitched a bit. "Hmm." He'd then hummed before he requested. "Transit base, Airlock section, please."

Alyssa turned to Vara'l, a smile growing across her face. "First mission without the visor. I'm ready."

The Romulan looked to Alyssa for a moment and returned the smile with a soft restrained one of his own. "Good to hear, do you have your phaser and a tricorder on you?" He'd then asked.

Alyssa grabbed both her phaser and tricorder, holding them in her hand before holstering them. "Had a hunch I'd need them before Mo even asked for volunteers."

Vara'l nodded once as he checked his own tricorder and phaser. "Admittedly had mine in a grab bag as a..what's the human saying." The Romulans jaw twitched a bit. "A 'just in case?'" He asked as he tested out the words. "Dont suspect we'll need anything further immediately, we'll just be augmenting security in providing security for the investigation of these colonies." The Romulan commented as the turbolift arrived and he started to step out. After all.. wasn't like they were dealing with anything more..major like something caused by the Tal Shiar or the Borg or anything, he silently mused to himself as he stepped out.

Alyssa followed Vara'l out into the #airlock.

T'Kastrir exited the astrometrics lab and headed to the turbolift. Once in, he made his way to the deck housing the appropriate airlock, and exited once the lift arrived.

Rehszan made his way down from the chemical sciences lab, a bit late since he'd tripped over his own tail. Nonetheless, down he went!

Five took a different lift from Operations, thinking the situation over with an air of quiet curiosity. She rocked back and forth on her heels, anxious, but excited!

Saren entered the turbolift with his expedition bag hanging off of his shoulder - science gear, first aid in case someone took a nasty tumble, and his expedition uniform, all carefully packed and prepared for use. The turbolift wasn't empty, from what he could tell there were other people going to the #airlock as well. But instead of engaging in the small talk amongst them, Saren just stayed quiet, deep in his thoughts, staring at his reflection on the turbolift doors right until they opened and he could leave.
