There was a door between the team and the room.

Once they reached the room, Renakir stayed back with his phaser in his hands. "Stand back with the grenade, Jack. I'll go first," Renakir whispered, praying to Tenakruvek that the agents in this room were gonna be as friendly as Paul. He approached the door and looked around, was it locked?

The door wasn’t locked. It clearly wasn’t an important room. At least not as far as the Section was concerned, anyway.

Elias hung back behind Jack, not to hide, but to act as a last wave of attack if need be.

Renakir attempted to open the door seeing as there were no guards around perhaps it wasn't important?

Elias stood ready with their phaser, but still had the disruptor. They seriously hoped there weren't a multitude of armed guards waiting for them.

He activated the grenade and yeeted that shit in.

The door opened, and before anyone could do anything or say anything Bright yeeted in a stun grenade, right where two of the guards were stood. It appeared to be a barracks of sorts, with bunks all over the place among other activities such as darts. The two playing darts were stunned by the ‘nade, and collapsed. One of them were mid-throw, though, so their dart flew straight into the arm of another guard, who cried out in pain. Once the other three knew what was going on they opened fire on the Starfleet officers.

Renakir wanted to shout something, but nothing came out of his mouth before they were face to face with a barrage of fire. He quickly ducked and began to fire in the direction of the agents. Unfortunately for Renakir he had limited strength holding the phaser rifle with his bad shoulders so his accuracy greatly suffered- but at least he was doing his best to dodge the shots.

Elias immediately hunkered down and fired several shots at the guards, first the one who was hit with the dart.

Jack began screaming as he ran to the middle of the room and began stunning people, shooting everywhere he could and even spinning around crazily like an out of whack roomba.

All of Rekinar’s shots unsurprisingly missed. Elias managed to hit one guard in the body but they too were wearing the armour. Bright, on the other hand, didn’t seem to give a shit about his own welfare. The guards specifically tried to target him, but he managed to take two of them out, leaving just the one with armour left, who was now trying to take cover behind one of the bunks to get away from the madman with the phaser rifle.

"Good job you chaotic gremlin, Jack," Renakir gave the ensign a big thumbs up before diving towards one of the bunks to try and fight the officer with the armour. Adrenaline soon returned, allowing him to temporarily forget how fucking bad his shoulders hurt. Renakir didn't even try to fire at this guard and just went in to grab the guy with his fumking hands.

Like the wild fucking animal he was, Bright let out a bout of fucking laughter as he charged straight at the hiding guard, grabbing him along with Renakir.

Feeling slightly like a tired parent, Elias dashed forward was well and grabbed the guard, trying to grip one of his arms so he was more at a disadvantage.

One by one each of the three Starfleet officers slowly but surely overwhelmed the Section 31 agent, who from all of their combined forces dropped their weapon and collapsed to the ground. They were still putting up a bit of a struggle, but if they worked together they’d be able to cuff the guard.

"Elias, the cuffs! Bright, help the other arm!" Renakir shouted as he went to grab the guard's arms and put them behind their back. Renakir was struggling to get a firm grip but it was a good thing his fingernails were sharp, but the armour was probably quite thick. No way he was going to do any damage to the guard if that was the case, but at least he could use his nails to grip the guard's arms better. (edited)

Elias whipped out the cuffs and began to try and ziptie the guard through his struggling. It was hard when the guard was moving around so much, and they cursed, grabbing his wrists and trying again to tie them.

He grabbed the other arm and held it as tightly as he could, growling as he spat out at the guard, "IF YOU DON'T STAY STILL RIGHT NOW I'M GONNA BITE YOU, AND I HAVE RABIES!!!" Clearly bluffing, he just hoped the guard would buy it.

Though struggle as they might the guard slowly but surely got restrained… At least in the arm department. Realising their arms were no longer that useful they started trying to kick the three officers, narrowly avoiding kicking Renakir in the crotch which frankly would’ve hurt a lot.

Not gonna lie, Elias snapped. "SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STAY STILL, GODAMNIT." They punched him in the gut and grabbed his ankles, attempting to ziptie them together. "TIRED OF THIS SHIT." They grimaced, letting out their anger for once. Normally they were quite calm, but damn this was testing them. (edited)

As soon as the guard started kicking Renakir backed away only to realise if he was a centimetre to the right he would have gotten a full foot to the balls. The guard didn't have use of their hands and Jack was going berserk but Renakir quickly tagged the guard. He needed to talk to Jack about the rabies thing later.

That was it. He just reached over and gave a big ol' BITE to the guard's hand, absolutely sick of seeing his friends get hurt by this goddamn guard.

"I swear to GOD I am THIS CLOSE TO VIOLATING THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH WITH YOU." They shouted in the guard's face. They sat on his legs and glared daggers at him.

"Damn Jack, you're fucking Reman," Totally not the time or place for this, but Renakir was stressed and it was hard to keep all his thoughts from becoming exclamations. Renakir reached to grab the guard's shoulders in an attempt to keep him still.

He literally just let out an ungodly growl from his throat, very much angy.

"Fuck it. I'm gonna knock them out." They dug out a sedative. Ahhh, but what if they needed it later. Damn. But also their nerves were visibly being frayed and OHHH MY GOD this guy was annoying. Fueled by pure anger, which was rooted in stress and tiredness, they grabbed the guard and reached to inject them with the hypo.

Night night, Mr Guard! He was knocked out instantly.

They sat back, breathing heavily and still glaring at the guard. They ran one hand through their hair, shaking a bit. Elias huffed and sat back, putting away the empty hypo, muttering to themself. They felt heat rise in their face; they hadn't meant to let all that anger slip through for people to see. They glanced at Renakir and Jack.

"Oh fuck sweet Tenakruvek," Renakir backed away and took a big deep breath. "Thanks Elias," He gave the doctor a thumbs up and then looked at his rabid teammate. "Jack. I really hope you didn't give him rabies," He patted his chest with his hand as he attempted to wind down from that whole skirmish. That was the second time he tried to WWE a guard. "Alright, what do we do from here?" They got all the people in the room. Renakir's eyes looked over at their surroundings, the dart board, the tables, what an episode.

He pulled away from the guard's hand and didn't yet realize that he might've bitten a little too hard. Guess who was covered in blood and hadn't noticed yet! "Whaaaaat. I was joking, don't worry! And besides, if i had it i would've bitten all of them."

Elias nodded in acknowledgement to Renakir, panting. "Yeah, hoping I don't have to treat someone for rabies later. I won't have much sympathy though." They shot an icy look at the unconscious man, before standing up and brushing themself off.

They turned to Jack, sighing. "Jack, you're covered in blood. Damn vampire." The more tired they got, the more they resembled McCoy from TOS. They still cared about their team though, and smiled apologetically. "Sorry, that was kind of rude. I've been on a rollercoaster today.*

"And to think the Torre'vnau bloodline could have ended had I made one wrong move," Renakir said with a bitter smile in reference to nearly being kicked in the balls. Fucking terrifying. "At least we did it. Oh do I wish we could run into more Pauls on this mission," * He sighed and looked at Jack who was indeed covered in blood, some that got on Renakir's uniform too. Not that it really bothered him, but he was definitely taking a shower after this.* "My hands are killing me," Renakir turned towards Elias and held out his hands only to realise-- yep they were covered in a mix of red and green. Maybe he was being too enthusiastic with his attacks.

He spat out some blood and looked at the others, smiling. "This was a fucking ride, huh?" And immediately after Elias told him that he looked like a vampire, he raised his arms and grinned with all his sharp teeth as blood dripped down the corners of his mouth. "MwaahAHAHAHAAAA!!-"

"Ah, never mind I'm not sorry anymore." They smiled wearily and immediately gently took Renakir's hands in theirs, examining the bruises. "You need to go easy on your hands, Renakir." They gave him a small smile, before digging out an osteogenic regenerator. Renakir's bones weren't broken, but the regenerator should still work with bruised. They slowly waved it over his hands, watching with satisfaction as the bruises faded. They patted his hands. "Good as new." They turned to Jack. They were examining the both of them like a concerned parent. "And you? Besides the obvious mental differences, how're you feeling physically?" They crouched in front of him, weariness in their voice and dullness in their eyes. Damn, this was taxxing.

Renakir allowed the good doctor to do their work. This was an emergency situation so although showing hands and touching fingers was certainly scandalous he didn't care. "Will do, thanks doc," He thanked Elias with a warm smile, showing all his pointy teeth. For some reason being able to smack some nasty section 31 agents was just what he needed to boost his confidence-- at least for the time being. Jack was out here literally biting people, he was clearly the scarier of the trio. "Oh wait could you give me something for the pain in my shoulders? Wrestling this disruptor from that guy was also a bad idea," And now he was starting to really question his logic behind pummeling agents with his bare hands. They had armour though, it wasn't like he could stun them!

Turning back to Renakir, Elias nodded, grateful for his kind attitude. "Oh, of course." They pulled out a hypo filled with a painkiller amd injected him. "This should help for an hour or two. Our bodies or sacred, Renakir. Best not to throw them at Section 31 agents too often. Also it hurts like a bitch." They smiled again. (edited)

"I'm fine, don't worry about it!" He quickly saluted to Elias and sat down on one of the beds, spitting out more blood as wiped his mouth with his sleeve and began chuckling.

"Fuckin' goofball." They smiled at him as well before sitting on a bed and sighing.

Renakir flinched when he was injected with the hypo, but soon the effects were setting in and the pain in his shoulders began to disappear. "Thanks again and I'll... I can't make any promises, I'm Reman, we're a warrior race," Also was that why he was invited on this mission? And here he thought he was invited because they needed a transport operator. The Romulan-Reman officer looked towards Jack and laughed out loud as the other spit more blood out. "You really do look like some V'mp Aer, well at least you don't actually have rabies," In his exhaustion Renakir was slurring his words, his voice falling back into his natural Rihannsu accent as he attempted to say the foreign words. His eyes went back to the dart board-- thinking if this wasn't a raid maybe they could all play darts.

[Comms] "Have you tagged everyone in that room? If so we've tagged everyone on your side of the base."

"Yep we've tagged everyone," Renakir said over the comms, his brething finally steadying after all the adrenaline. It was almost over, they placed the bombs and all the guards were secured. "What are our next instructions? We should probably rejoin the others," He said referring to Hanna, Elwyn, and Lorin, who was still on the lower levels. He hoped they were doing well. At least he was certain none of them bit a guard, well, Lorin and Elwyn wouldn't for sure. Hanna? Maybe if things really got tough, but it was unlike.y

Meanwhile Jack just began stealing the room carpet and the shiny things he could find. Magpie mf.

Elias rolled their eyes affectionately and laid back on one of the beds. They sighed as the tension in their body slowly ebbed away.

In the corner of the room was something hung on the wall and covered by a dusty sheet. Whatever was behind there hadn't been touched in ages.

His pupils dilated a little and grinned as he approached the sheet, ripping it off the best he could without getting dust everywhere.

The dust went everywhere, similar to what you'd expect when you ripped a dusty sheet off something mounted to the wall. Underneath the sheet, however, was what looked like an unpowered smoothie maker.

He stopped for a bit, made a pose and sneezed so hard he hit his head somewhere. "OW FUCK-"

Renakir watched nonchalantly as Bright was literally grabbing all the things he could. The man was not doing any harm and honestly this place was 'bout to blow the fuck up. If anything, he was giving the items a better home. "What is it?" The Romulan-Reman officer lifted his hand to push his hair from his face when he ended up just rubbing his sweaty ass fingers all over his sunglasses. Terrific, now everything was cloudy and he was exhausted.

He looked at the unpowered smoothie machine and grinned as he pointed at it. "Guys!! LOOK!!! It's an old smoothie machine!! D'ya think we can still power it up??" Excitedly looking at it and back at his tiny group, he exclaimed out.

And to this Renakir did a full on face palm, only fogging up his glasses already. As he did the action he heard a small crack against his ears-- fucking. Remain calm, Renakir told himself as he walked over to where Jack was and tried to ignore the fractured edges of his sunglasses. At least they were still doing their job, he had an extra pair back on the Eventide (always be prepared). "Smoothies? Section 31 has... I mean I guess they need good employee benefits for a job like this. I mean, they had a dental plan that lured Paul in."

[Comms] "I mean, the other team got smoothies. I do not condone getting smoothies but I'm not there to stop you and I'm not ordering you to not get smoothies so... Do whatever you want for five minutes and then I'll figure out how to get you to meet back up with the rest of your team. You've all finished your assigned jobs as of now so I have to figure out where to send you all next. Just don't get spotted."

"Roger that," Renakir said over the comms before walking over to the machine and looking around it. This is why it paid to be an OPS officer, finallly he gets to do actual OPS work. "I'm fucking hangry, we're getting smoothies, what flavour you guys want?" He looked at the team, wondering if anyone else was gonna get on the smoothie train with him and Jack,

It seemed the machine was quite literally unplugged from the power panel below it.

*Renakir, being the big brained Romulan he was, took the plug and plugged it into the power panel and pressed what seeemd to be the 'on button.'

Jack was waiting excitedly, but on the meantime he began running around and grabbing everything he could find that was worth saving.

The on button was the on button, and the on button turned the smoothie machine on! Smoothie time! On Jack's little thefting adventure he would soon come across what looked like a PADD, only it was Section 31 instead of Starfleet. That could be useful.

He looked down at the PADD and grinned as he took it, shoving it into his little backpack he brought. "Don't mind if I doooooo."

"Ohh look I got it," Renakir said as the machine hummed and the parts began to move. "Okay now guys, what flavour smoothie?" He hoped the machine was loaded with some flavouring or -- it would be really great if they had some fresh fruits. "Wait i think we need to either find ingredients or replicate some fruit somehwere," If they could replicate than Renakir could have-- Osol smoothie! A very tart Romulan fruit.

As this appeared to be some barracks there was a basic replicator on the wall across the way from the smoothie maker.

Elias hoped up. "Hell yeah. Mango banana smoothie here I come." They looked around and spotted the replicator, grinning like a crazy hunter who had just found their prey. "THERE." They sprinted across the room and skidded to a stop in front of the replicator, fueled by hunger and a smoothie-craze.

"Mango banana alright, I think I'll make myself an osol smoothie-- Can you make some osol fruits? If they have disruptors then their replicator has to be able to make some Romulan fruits," Renakir laughed as he looked around the smoothie maker for where they could put the fruits. "Oh, replicate some cups too -- and some straws. Metal ones if you can!" He called to Elias, being very specific about metal straws because well, he was Reman.

"I want a passionfruit smoothie too!!!" He yelled from the other side of the room, currently shoving a pillow into his uniform shirt.

Elias snorted with laughter and gave a little salute. "Got it! Computer, passion fruit, banana, mango, osol fruit, three medium sized plastic cups, and three metal straws that fit those cups." They counted off their fingers as they spoke, inputting the large order to the replicator.

The replicator happily provided everything requested, one item after the other.

"Yeah we got the stuff! Bring it here and I'll load upt he machine for the mango banana first," Renakir said, really hoping the machine still worked. It seemed really dusty, like no one had used it in years. How does one have a smoothie machine and not use it regularly? He knew some Section 31 agents were crazy, maybe all they needed was a smoothie every now and then.

Elias scooped up everything in their arms and hobbled over to the smoothie maker. "Who knew we'd be taking a smoothie break in the middle of raiding a Section 31 base? Kind of comedic."They gestured at the unconscious people on the floor.

"This is why I joined Starfleet and not the Romulan Navy, now those guys need a fucking smoothie. Instead of fighting the Tal Shiar with phasers what we should have been doing is hooking them up with some smoothies," Renakir took the items from Elias and started loading up the mangos and bananas into the machine. He took the cup and placed it in the little slot and pressed the big button he assumed was the 'make smoothie' button.

And make a smoothie the machine did. It whirred for a while, before pouring the smoothie out into the cup.

Elias' eyes sparkled delight and they took the cup, taking a MASSIVE ass sip. They picked their lips and smiled. "Mmm. Thanks, Renakir. Jack!" They called. "Come get your smoothies. Damn, we could run a Section 31 smoothie stand."

"And the smoothie is done!" Renakir said with a smile as he watched Elias take the cup and try the drink. It wasn't poisoned, that was good! Renakir did bring poison strips just in case though, obviously, he's still Romulan. "Alrighty, up next is Jack," Renakir began to load the machine up with passionfruit and another empty cup. He pressed the button and waited for the smoothie machine to do its job.

After the same process the machine spat out another smoothie as requested.

"Jack, get your smoothie!" Renakir called to his chaotic teammate who was presumably still swiping all he could get his gremlin hands on. He wasn't about to stop Jack from having a good time, the kid earned it. Renakir placed the finished smoothie on one of the tables for Jack to grab and then began to load up the osol fruits for his own smoothie.

With a pillowcase FULL of stuff he grabbed from the room, he tied it to his backpack and went to retrieve his smoothie. His sore gremlin hand(s) grabbed onto the smoothie and he drank it, eyes closing for a bit as he instinctively kept on drinking... And drinking... Until the cup was half empty. When he pulled away, he gasped a little for air and grinned, "Holy shit this is good."

"Careful there, bucko." They smiled and took another large sip and sighed happily. "God, that feels nice after all the shit we've done." They sat back down on one of the beds and yawned.

"Yeah after this I'm looking forward to a nice shower and a fucking nap," Renakir said with an exasperated sigh and yawn. What a day. "I hope the others are doing well, especially team one. Who knows what the hell they're up against over there," At least with Hanna and the rest of their team they had an idea what sort of rooms they were in, but he knew nothing of what was on the other side of the base.

[Comms] "Okay listen up. I need to reunite you with the rest of your team. Head back out and return to the turbolift. There's no more guards yet."

[Eli]Hopping up, Elias stretched. "Aye, sir. Yet? Yeesh, how many more agents can there be. Anyway, acknowledged. Thank you, sir." They picked up their smoothie and beckoned to the others and began walking back to the turbolift.

"Aye aye!" Proudly holding his bag of stolen shit, he drank the rest of his smoothie and put his cup down before heading after them.
