Hello, Lieutenant Commander. I'm Michael Crespo and I'm a journalist working on a article that was originally meant to be about the great folks in this stations medical department. However, I've recently come across some quite disheartening allegations. The first and most glaring is the fact that a counselor was forced to run trauma care and seems to have done so at a high level, that is until interference occurred. Additionally we've received word that your division may suffer from understaffing issues and finally from personal experience many of your doctors seem to lack a high level bedside manner that one would expect out of a starfleet doctor. I understand if I'm coming off as quite rude and I apologize for it but the series of information I have brought me towards these ideas.
