Star Trek: Rapture - turbolift-2

Amahle entered the turbolift and marveled at the construction. It was like being in a living history book! (NOT that he cared much about that, it was just... interesting. That was all). Instead he waited for his companions to join him before he tried to operate the thing and get to the bridge.

Topek and the rest of the team boarded the lift, feeling slightly cramped with just how tiny the space was, before taking a moment to request a destination. "Bridge!"

The lift resolutely did not budge even after he stated his destination.

"It might be a bit more manual than that..." Amahle responded before he looked for any kind of control panel or other form of operation. He may not have been trained on lifts, but he knew enough about history from some of the programs he had made -- and for a moment, he wished he made them a little more accurate.

Upon Amahle finding the controls, the lift made its way from deep in the bowels of the engineering hull, up all the way to the bridge on deck one.

Amahle looked rather satisfied. "There we go... now we just have to hope that the bridge isn't all... messed up." he spoke before he took a deep breath and readied himself for whatever Fate had in store for him on the bridge.

The team from the science lab all piled into the lift and made their way to the bridge.
