After walking around the beach for some time, sipping on cocktails in coconut shell, Ngozi found herself wanting to enter the water. She had dipped her toes in the ocean, but it was slightly colder than the waters on Risa and that meant it was far too cold for Ngozi. She had left cold showers, ice baths, and anything not warm back on the gridiron field. She approached the hot tub and removed her sandals and the “Bastion Bats” shirt she was wearing before entering.
She had yet another fruity drink in her and and her massive ring caught the artificial light as she lowered herself into the water. Unfortunately, it shined right into Korozysh’s eyes. Ngozi’s eyes widened as she noticed and quickly moved so the light would stop catching. “I’m sorry about that, did I hurt you?” She asked, genuinely concerned and feeling out empathetically for her tub mate’s reaction.
